Her laser beam focus and specialization has allowed Harbeck Associates to develop a Reputation for Excellence within this niche marketplace.
Lori established herself as one of the top national sales recruiters within the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical industries starting in January of 1990. She was recognized with national awards and quickly developed a devout following from hiring managers while working for an agency in Chicago. She built trust and reliability based upon her integrity, results, dedication and customer service. Her top priority is to amaze each customer by exceeding expectations.
Bill Baracani joined Harbeck Associates in January 1999 to help further the growth of the organization. He came to Harbeck with a successful sales background in both pharmaceutical and medical sales. His experience from Roche and Stryker give him an in-depth understanding of the markets, industries and what it takes to be a top sales producer. He has developed an avid following of loyal hiring managers based upon his integrity, results, dedication and customer service. He continues to exceed all client expectations because he is a true resource for everybody who works with him.
